Bowie Nature Park is a great place for individuals, couples and families
to come and enjoy their time. Bicycling, horseback riding, fishing,
running, walking and finding solace within nature can be enjoyed
each and every day of the year.
Dr. Evangeline Bowie graciously deeded the land to the
City of Fairview in 1992. This park continues to be Fairview's
greatest "treasure", to be enjoyed for many generations to come.
I stood on the sidewalk today (Feb. 1st) and looked east, in the
direction of Nashville and observed one of Fairview's busiest
centers of commerce - restaurants, banks, library, shopping centers,
markets, healthcare, fast food, coffee shop, auto parts & more.
I turned and looked west, in the direction of Fairview's newest
commercial developments - Walmart, Tractor Supply, Taco Bell
Automotive Services, Health Clinics & Services as well as the
areas latest apartments and multi-family housing developments.
I realized I was standing "Smack-Dab" in the center of growth!
Yes - "Smack-Dab" is a proper phrase to use! I looked it up. lol
If you are an investor or individual seeking a real estate buying
opportunity, you have dreamed of finding that one property that
is - "Smack-Dab in the Middle" of Hot Market - This is it!
Location/Location: 332' of frontage x 650' deep!
Both parcels together would be almost 7 acres of
Fairview's Finest Potential Development Land.
