PROCEDURE: The property will be offered in 5 (FIVE) separate bidding lots: the 3 individual parcels, in one combination and as a whole - 15.77 acres.  The house is located at 1263 Hwy 438 SW, Centerville, TN.  If the property is sold in more than TWO parcels, the subdividing of the 15.77 acre parcel will be subject to the Hickman County Planning Commission's approval.  Approval by the Planning Commission may extend the closing date from 30 days to possibly 45 days.

DOWN PAYMENT: A 10% down payment of the total contract purchase price will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The down payment may be paid in the form of personal check, business check, or cashier's check. The balance of the contract purchase price is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
